    Ruth Bartlett is an Assurance Services Partner for Frazier & Deeter in Atlanta, GA and Hilton Head Island, SC. From 1990 to 2006, she was partner in charge of assurance services. Since 1990, she has concentrated on the audits and reviews of closely-held businesses. With more than 35 years of public accounting experience, the extent of her industry specialization includes:

    • Business Development

    In the real estate industry, Ruth serves investors, developers, contractors and financial institutions with financial statement audits and reviews of real estate projects. Her work encompasses all facets of real estate from development to investment to management with various property types. She has a particular emphasis in the hospitality industry providing financial services to a variety of hotels, resorts, country clubs, homeowners associations and planned communities.

    Employee benefits are another area of Ruth’s expertise. She has extensive experience providing assurance services for defined contribution and defined benefit plans.

    Prior to joining Frazier & Deeter, Ruth worked for the international accounting firms of Price Waterhouse and Laventhol & Horwath.
