As an Audit Manager, Russ Johnson conducts and supervises audits, compilations and reviews of privately held companies. His experience includes performing audit and attestation engagements within the real estate and energy industries; he is a member of the Real Estate and Energy industry groups at Frazier & Deeter.

Prior to joining Frazier & Deeter, Russ gained nearly ten years of experience, including time spent as an Audit Manger conducting audits, compilations, reviews and tax planning and preparation. In addition, he served as a staff accountant for a private company, performing corporate accounting functions such as AP, AR and Month End Close and supporting ad hoc accounting projects.
