    Richard became a Tax Partner with Frazier & Deeter in 2011 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Faucett Taylor & Associates and brings over 20 years of experience to his clients.

    Richard joined Faucett Taylor & Associates in 1993 and later became a partner in the tax practice, providing tax planning and compliance services in a variety of industries. He has concentrated on clients in real estate development including retail, residential, industrial, and construction. He has significant expertise with special tax issues applicable to partnerships, limited liability companies and S corporations, including formation and reorganization.

    Richard also works with a large number of high net worth individuals including nonresident individuals with U.S. investments and tax reporting requirements.
