Experience

Mary Askew is Business Development Manager in Frazier & Deeter’s Atlanta office. Mary works to develop a network within the Atlanta area and finds new business opportunities for the firm. She works closely with various industry groups, including real estate, healthcare, technology, manufacturing & distribution and hospitality.

Mary was previously the Senior University Recruiter at Frazier & Deeter, playing a key role in on-campus recruiting at universities and finding top talent for the firm. She has experience interviewing and hiring for a variety of roles within FD’s Tax and Assurance & Advisory Practices, specializing in finding the right fit for each position. As part of her campus recruitment strategy, Mary attended university career fairs, worked with campus ambassadors, strengthened faculty relations and recruited candidates to develop the future generation of FD team members.

Before joining FD, Mary worked in a variety of developmental roles with Greek organizations. Most recently, Mary served as Cultivation and Stewardship Manager for Zeta Beta Tau where she was responsible for alumni cultivation and engagement. Prior to this role, she served as Stewardship and Engagement Coordinator at Phi Mu Foundation. In both positions, Mary identified and created opportunities for organizational stewardship while advancing the awareness of each organization.
