Experience

As a Senior University Recruiter at Frazier & Deeter, Mary Askew focuses on on-campus recruiting at universities and finding top talent for the firm. She has experience interviewing and hiring for a variety of roles within FD’s Tax and Assurance & Advisory Practices, and she enjoys finding the right fit for each position. As part of her campus recruitment strategy, Mary attends university career fairs, works with campus ambassadors, strengthens faculty relations and recruits candidates to develop the future generation of FD team members.

Recruiting has allowed Mary to leverage her passion for building and nurturing relationships while remaining challenged to find the perfect candidate in today’s competitive talent market. She thrives on working with leaders to support them in shaping and building their teams with the most talented, diverse, dedicated and exceptional employees in the market.

Before joining FD, Mary worked in a variety of developmental roles with Greek organizations. Most recently, Mary served as Cultivation and Stewardship Manager for Zeta Beta Tau where she was responsible for alumni cultivation and engagement. Prior to this role, she served as Stewardship and Engagement Coordinator at Phi Mu Foundation. In both positions, Mary identified and created opportunities for organizational stewardship while advancing the awareness of each organization.
