Katrina Barrett is a Director in Frazier & Deeter’s Process, Risk & Governance practice, specializing in internal controls, compliance, risk mitigation and process improvement. Other key strengths include business transformation, project management, change management and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance; prior to joining Frazier & Deeter, Katrina successfully established internal controls functions and executed a year-one Sarbanes-Oxley program for a $1.6B IPO.

Katrina’s other previous experience includes leading specialized compliance, internal audit and internal control engagements for publicly-traded corporate clients, as well as performing comprehensive segregation of duties (SoD) and user access control solutions. She is an expert in ethics and compliance for global supply chain, domestic marketing and select corporate functions, including EthicsLine, COBC-related advice, communications, training, investigation management, and reporting.

Katrina has experience with a wealth of enterprise software, including SAP, BlackLine, Oracle, Workiva, Navex, Axentis, SalesForce and CaseWare, as well as Microsoft SharePoint, Access and Advanced Excel. Her industry expertise includes banking, financial services, manufacturing & distribution and healthcare.

Katrina joined Frazier & Deeter following several years as an independent consultant for a variety of organizations, including a national financial services firm. She also previously served as an internal controls expert for an international healthcare supplies manufacturer and as the Ethics & Compliance Manager for the Coca-Cola Company.
