    Experience

    As a Partner in Frazier & Deeter’s Process, Risk & Governance Practice (PRG), Josh Haxel provides his clients with consulting services in internal audit transformation, implementation and transformation of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance programs, IPO readiness, enterprise risk management (ERM) and process improvement. Josh has extensive experience assisting clients with global operations with complex business processes that have allowed him to work in various industries, including energy, manufacturing & distribution, financial services, asset management, retail, technology and aerospace & defense.

    Before joining the firm, Josh was a Managing Director in EY’s Business Consulting Practice, where he specialized in the execution and delivery of a broad range of risk management services. Specifically, he led large, complex internal audit, SOX and risk management engagements for multibillion-dollar global companies. Josh worked at EY for over 15 years in the Advisory Practice where he held positions from staff to senior management.
