    Experience

    As Manager in Frazier & Deeter’s Assurance and Advisory Practice, Deisy Ibarra contributes nearly a decade of experience supporting her clients. Deisy specializes in accounting/financial reporting, audit/attestation, employee benefit plan audits, reviews and compilations.  

    Deisy has worked with a diverse portfolio of clients to develop a deep understanding of key industries, including construction, manufacturing and distribution, professional services and franchise. Deisy has significant expertise in employee benefit plans, including 401(K) and defined benefit plans, construction contractors, manufacturing companies and professional service companies.  

    Prior to joining FD, Deisy served as an Audit Senior at PHB CPAs in Franklin, Tennessee where she conducted audits, reviews and compilations, with a primary focus on nonprofit and construction organizations.
