Experience

As a Partner in Frazier & Deeter’s Tax Practice, Bryce Nations primarily reviews complex tax returns and facilitates client tax compliance for federal, international, and multi-state tax engagements. Some of his additional responsibilities include structuring and executing multi-state, tax-deferred real estate exchanges, handling multi-state tax compliance, real estate debt workouts, inbound investment in U.S. real estate and timber and tax planning to mitigate the tax effects for various taxpayer transactions. He specializes in dealing with high net-worth individuals, flow through entity structures, foreign institutional investors and closely held businesses.

His clients include some of the country’s largest real estate and timber investment companies. He is a member of Frazier & Deeter’s Real Estate Group and the Closely Held Businesses Group.

Bryce was previously employed for nearly two years by a local Atlanta-based accounting firm, where he predominately prepared tax returns and assisted in managing ultra-high net-worth family groups. His industry experience includes investment funds, timber, REITs, technology, professional service, and real estate.

In addition to his client service responsibilities, Bryce is responsible for training and supervising associates on tax engagements. His professional background in public accounting and finance, along with his strong interpersonal skills, complement Frazier & Deeter’s diversified tax department.
