Experience

As a Tax Senior Manager in the Frazier & Deeter Tax Department, Brent Ullrich is responsible for the review of complex multi-state corporate tax returns, as well as multi tier partnership tax returns. Brent specializes in mid-size to large business taxation consulting and compliance, ranging from closely held businesses to “Small Cap” public companies.

He is heavily involved in the firm’s ASC 740 practice (formerly FAS 109 and FIN 48) for large private and public corporations. Brent is involved with conflict resolution matters regarding the IRS, including representation of the client during the audit process where he has successfully overturned IRS assessments in the appellate process. He is also responsible for performing due diligence in mergers & acquisition, including analysis of tax attribute valuation and preservation.
