    Experience

    As Director of Quality Control in Frazier & Deeter’s Tax Practice, Brent Ullrich oversees the department’s quality control function to deliver the firm’s standard quality work product for which it is known. His areas of focus include monitoring ongoing IRS audits and other taxing jurisdiction’s areas of focus, reviewing internal procedures and protocols, using data analytics to identify issues and opportunities, and ensuring internal continuing education needs are met in keeping with the current and expected future needs of our people and our clients based on the ever-changing tax environment.

    Brent has experience in various industries, including private equity, software & technology, manufacturing & distribution, franchises and general closely held small business tax compliance and planning.

    Brent previously served as Tax Principal and Chief Operations Officer for the Tax Department at Frazier and Deeter before transitioning to Cannon Financial Strategists, where he served as a Tax Director. In both roles, he oversaw quality control, department growth, and tax advising.
