As Frazier & Deeter’s Executive Director of People & Culture, Beth is responsible for overseeing the talent management function with emphasis on development and execution of firm initiatives to drive a deliberately developmental culture. She specializes in designing programs that unlock potential and immerse talent in learning and personal growth. She develops programs to foster interactive and open communication and enable cross-functional teams, departments and partners to unite and innovate in delivering on business and client objectives.
Beth brings over 16 years of experience in talent acquisition, development and management in high growth, global professional services environments. Prior to joining Frazier & Deeter in 2013, Beth spent 12 years with Grant Thornton in a variety of people and culture leadership roles. Her final two years included development and execution of the global people and culture strategy for 110 member firms with Grant Thornton International. Beth also served in a talent leadership role for Abaco, a high-growth, global technology solutions and services company, where she developed the organization’s talent strategy, plan and function from inception.
