New role will focus on creating a sustainable culture that embodies diversity, equity and inclusion.
Atlanta, GA – Frazier & Deeter, one of the nation’s Top 50 accounting and advisory firms, announced today that Rasheedah Luqman has been named as the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Manager.
“Given the many goals the firm’s DEI Committee has mapped out, it became clear we needed to define a position that will devote time to ensuring we reach those goals,” said Seth McDaniel, Managing Partner of Frazier & Deeter. “We are delighted to see Rasheedah Luqman take on this important new role.”
The DEI Manager will help to create a sustainable culture that embodies diversity, equity and inclusion internally and externally. As the DEI Manager, Luqman will be responsible for creating tools to execute the DEI strategy while also defining and measuring success, analyzing data and building a more diverse and inclusive environment at Frazier & Deeter.
Luqman will champion the firm’s DEI Program by partnering with departments at Frazier & Deeter to develop, plan, implement and deliver programs, as well as provide events related to diversity, equity and inclusion. She will act as a spokesperson for the firm and be responsible for ensuring its commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Luqman also currently serves as a Senior Manager in Frazier & Deeter’s Tax Practice. Throughout her career, Luqman has worked with clients in a variety of industries such as high-net-worth, film & entertainment, S-corporations, service industries and non-profits. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a Sales and Use Tax Auditor for the Georgia Department of Revenue.
