Frazier & Deeter Announces FD Fund Administration

New venture by the Nation’s 69th largest CPA firm addresses governance, administration and reporting needs of Real Estate and Institutional Investment community

Frazier & Deeter announced today the launch of a new venture, FD Fund Administration.

“FD Fund Administration provides outsourced fund administration services to real estate, private equity and other funds,” said Seth McDaniel, Managing Partner of Frazier & Deeter.  “The FD Fund Administration team has a strong track record in the administration and accounting for billions of dollars of investments, including reporting to hundreds of investors and related constituencies.”

“Having the foundation of a national CPA firm represents a unique strategic advantage for our firm,” said Jackie Boggs, Managing Director of FD Fund Administration.  “While FD Fund Administration is a new venture, we are anchored by an executive and professional team who has worked together for over 20 years.    We are excited about the opportunity to grow our business with real estate investment funds as well as funds with other investment strategies.”

FD Fund Administration is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and will also represent the opening of a new geographic market for Frazier & Deeter.

“FD Fund Administration represents an important foundation in our broader strategic offerings for private equity and institutional investors,” said Robert H. Woosley, Director of Strategic Initiatives at Frazier & Deeter.  “With FD Fund Administration, Frazier & Deeter now has the ability to broaden our service offerings and address the full spectrum of Fund outsourcing, governance, and traditional audit and tax services.”

“In today’s environment, there is a need for funds to outsource their fund administration and fund accounting to a trusted provider who can help navigate the complexity of their investor needs, including managing the number of different CPA firms that may be involved,” said McDaniel.  “As the nation’s 69th largest CPA firm, with years of experience representing numerous clients with thousands of investments, the creation of FD Fund Administration was a natural reaction by us to a growing market need.”

“FD Fund Administration represents another important step for Frazier & Deeter in our 30 plus year mission of becoming the nation’s highest quality CPA and advisory firm, offering diverse services that address emerging needs in the marketplace.” said David Deeter, co-founder of Frazier & Deeter.
