Johnson joins expansive Process, Risk & Governance practice for CPA & Advisory firm
Atlanta, GA – Frazier & Deeter, one of the nation’s Top 50 accounting and advisory firms, announced today that Eric Johnson, CCSFP, CFCE, ACE, has joined the firm as Director of HITRUST Assurance Services.
“Eric has worked with many organizations, both large and small, and has learned a great deal about the many ways we can help clients be successful in not only achieving their HITRUST goals but also provide guidance on how to manage their compliance and risk management activities,” noted Andrew Hicks, VP of Assurance Services and Frazier & Deeter’s National HITRUST Practice Leader.
Johnson brings over two decades of experience to Frazier & Deeter’s Process, Risk & Governance practice. He specializes in working with organizations to adopt, implement and manage information security programs, specifically regarding HITRUST, HIPAA regulatory compliance and risk management. Johnson’s passion to earn and maintain productive relationships with his clients has fostered many successful project outcomes, which align with Frazier & Deeter’s philosophy of investing in long-term client relationships.

Prior to joining the firm, Johnson was a Senior Manager at Coalfire. In that role, he successfully managed a HITRUST certification practice by helping to develop delivery strategies centered on solving customer challenges. Earlier in his career, Johnson worked as a Criminal Investigations Detective and as a Digital Forensics Investigator in both Law Enforcement and Private Sector settings.
