Our professionals carry the most recognizable credentials in the valuation industry, including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in business valuations and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

ESOP Valuations

We have significant experience working with Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP). An ESOP is a retirement plan in which company stock is donated instead of cash. The value of the stock must be determined annually to establish the employer’s deduction for the contribution.
