& Deeter, LLC, with F&D Advisors, LLC, or both (collectively
the "Firms"), you share non-public personal and financial
information with us. We treat this information as confidential
and recognize the importance of protecting you from unauthorized
uses of your personal information. We are committed to maintaining
the privacy and confidentiality of your information. Accordingly,
we have adopted a privacy policy in accordance with federal
regulations.
We collect personal information that you provide
to us on our application or forms, and through information
we obtain over the course of your business relationship with
the Firms.The information may include name, address, phone
numbers, e-mail address, Social Security number, names of
family members, assets, account balances, investments and
current or prior tax information and other information. We
may also collect information from consumer reporting agencies.
We do not sell your personal information to
any third parties. We do not disclose your personal information
to third parties unless:
- You have given us authorization to
disclose the information
- It is necessary to process a transaction
or service your account(s), or
- As otherwise required
or permitted by law.
We may share your personal information
among the Firms. The Firms may share information when necessary
to provide services or to offer you products or services,
which best meet your needs. We may also share your personal
information with companies that perform or may perform services
for your account, including financial institutions, investment
companies, and insurance companies.
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural
safeguards to protect your personal information. The Firms
limit access to your personal information to those employees
who need to know the information in order to provide you with
appropriate services. Our Code of Ethics, which applies to
all employees, restricts the use of personal non-public information
and requires that it be held in strict confidence.
