RICARDO A. ZERTUCHE, CPA
Audit Manager ricardo.zertuche@frazierdeeter.com Experience As an Audit Manager, Ricardo Zertuche is responsible for preparing financial statements, performing and supervising audits and other attestation engagements and assessing and documenting various complex accounting issues. Ricardo has worked with a variety of institutions to develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's business and industry by providing consultation, project management and risk evaluation services. He has significant experience performing assurance work in a wide range of industries. Ricardo's main industries of focus are manufacturing and distribution, technology, real-estate and not-for-profit. He specializes in the documentation and testing of internal controls for reporting under Sarbanes-Oxley section 404. Ricardo joined Frazier & Deeter in 2003, and has impacted the growth of the assurance department. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a national certified public accounting firm where he assisted in the preliminary preparation of the firm's tax return and played an extensive role in campus recruiting.
