SARAH A. WERNER, SPHR Director of Human Resources sarah.werner@frazierdeeter.com Experience As Frazier & Deeter's Director of Human Resources, Sarah Werner is responsible for aligning the HR function and its programs with the Firm's strategic plan. In this capacity, she oversees all aspects of performance management, compensation, organization and employee development, recruiting and retention, legal compliance and employee relations. Prior to joining the Firm in 2005, Sarah worked for Ernst & Young in the Human Resources department with an emphasis on experienced hire recruiting. She worked with both local and national teams. Since Sarah has been at Frazier & Deeter, she has helped drive and execute the recruiting process that lead to doubling the size of the Firm. In addition, she has been instrumental in developing many of the policies, procedures and programs that have been designed to retain and further develop the Firm's human capital. Recently, Sarah, with the help of her team, has launched a new learning initiative for Frazier & Deeter which will redesign the current organizational development model for the Firm. At the cornerstone of this new project is the PATH mentoring program that will link training, performance management, and total rewards.
