SARAH A. WERNER
Director of Human Resources sarah.werner@frazierdeeter.com Experience As Frazier & Deeter’s Director of Human Resources, Sarah Werner is responsible for the firm's human resources strategic plan. In this capacity, she is responsible for all aspects of recruiting, benefit and compensation plan design and administration, employee relations, training and development, succession planning and policy administration. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Sarah spent three years working as a recruiter in Ernst & Young’s human resources division. The majority of her experience includes recruiting for general business positions, legal personnel and accounting positions. At Frazier & Deeter, Sarah’s focus is on recruiting and retaining talent, both experienced and entry level. In less than three years with the firm, Sarah has brought Frazier & Deeter from under 100 employees to now more than 170. This dramatic increase in personnel and hiring has been accompanied by a less than five percent turnover rate; a relationship that highlights Frazier & Deeter’s commitment to its employees and culture. As the Director of HR, Sarah has brought a renewed focus to the firm’s college presence and campus recruiting. Frazier & Deeter has tripled the success of its campus recruiting efforts and now focuses on several regional institutions, including Georgia State University, Georgia Tech, University of Georgia, Rhodes College and Auburn University.
