Partner in Charge of Operations jeremy.sperring@frazierdeeter.com Experience As the Partner and Chief Operating Officer for Frazier & Deeter, Jeremy Sperring's primary duties are to manage the day-to-day operations, ensure efficiency, and oversee the administrative and technology functions of the firm. He also develops and implements strategies to accommodate current and future organizational needs. Prior to becoming Chief Operating Officer, he worked as an audit manager for the firm. Jeremy contributed 8 years of public accounting experience to the growth and development of the audit and assurance practice of Frazier & Deeter. His areas of expertise include performing audits, reviews, compilations and other assurance and attestation services of closely held companies. Additionally, he has extensive experience providing cash flow analysis, financial forecasting and corporate and individual income tax services. Jeremy has worked with manufacturing, contracting, technology, distribution and professional service entities.
