JENNIFER M. RAY, CPA Tax Manager jennifer.ray@frazierdeeter.com Experience Jennifer Ray joined Frazier & Deeter in 2004 specializing in tax. She has significant experience providing comprehensive tax planning and compliance to the firm’s business and individual clients. Her industry expertise is concentrated in serving clients in the areas of real estate, construction, manufacturing, distribution, technology and closely held businesses. Jennifer’s primary responsibilities include preparation and review of complex individual, large corporate and partnership tax returns. She also provides comprehensive tax planning and consulting services to business and individual clients including projection compilation and tax research projects. In addition to her client service responsibilities, Jennifer is responsible
for training and assisting staff accountants on tax engagements. Her
professional background in public accounting, along with her strong
interpersonal skills, complement Frazier & Deeter’s diversified
