TARA H. POTTS, CPA
Senior Audit Manager tara.potts@frazierdeeter.com Experience Tara Potts joined Frazier & Deeter in 2005, bringing over eight years of accounting and finance experience to the firm. Tara's areas of specialization are real estate, financial services, banking and telecommunications. As an audit supervisor, her primary responsibilities include assisting clients with assurance needs, audits, compilations and reviews, with a concentration in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Frazier & Deeter, Tara functioned as an assistant controller for Prudential Real Estate Investors where she was involved in the day to day activities of several commercial real estate funds, including supervising the preparation of consolidated quarterly reports for German investors, quarterly reporting under International Financial Accounting Standards for German corporate investors, managing an accounting staff and assisting with external audits. Tara's prior experience also includes two years in finance at BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. and over three years in audit at a well-known, international accounting firm where she specialized in the real estate and banking industries for both public and privately held companies.
