THERESA G. NOTTINGHAM Audit Manager theresa.nottingham@frazierdeeter.com Experience A Manager in Frazier & Deeter’s Assurance Department, Theresa Nottingham is primarily responsible for providing assurance services to clients, specifically coordinating and executing financial statement audits and reviews. Prior to joining Frazier & Deeter, Theresa spent five years serving fortune 500 companies in the audit department at a nationally recognized Big 4 accounting firm. Her experience included managing the planning and execution of audit engagements for multinational SEC and private companies. She also gained extensive experience assisting clients with Sarbanes Oxley services. Theresa has worked with clients in the business services, manufacturing, distribution, real estate, consumer business and employee benefits industries. Her previous experience also includes assisting in the development of training curriculum and instructing various local and national training programs for audit professionals. Education |
