JEFFREY J. MCMINN, CIA Principal jeff.mcminn@frazierdeeter.com Experience As a Principal, Jeff McMinn is in charge of Frazier & Deeter's Enterprise Risk and Controls practice, which assists clients in compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 and provides internal audit services in a broad range of industries and business processes. His specific areas of expertise he will be focusing on at Frazier & Deeter are Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, Internal Audit, Supply Chain process improvement, and fraud detection and investigation. Jeff came to Frazier & Deeter with over 14 years of experience directing all phases of the internal audit process for multi-national manufacturing and technology clients. He has over 6 years of experience with at two internationally recognized accounting firms. During those 6 years, he primarily focused on the delivery of specialized assurance services dealing with the assessment and design of internal control environments and also managed the Business Risk Consulting practice. The majority of Jeff's industry experience is with the manufacturing industry, but he has also worked extensively with the Technology, Telecommunications and Retail industries. At Frazier & Deeter, Mr. McMinn primarily serves manufacturing and telecommunication clients.
