SHANE L. HESTER , CPA Audit Manager shane.hester@frazierdeeter.com Experience As an Audit Manager, Shane Hester brings over 7 years of experience to Frazier & Deeter. He is a member of the Enterprise Risk and Controls practice of the firm, specializing in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, Internal Audit, and Supply Chain process improvement. Previously to joining Frazier & Deeter, Mr. Hester served as a Manager at an international big four firm helping them to grow and develop their Utilities Risk Services function. In this position, he primarily led efforts in internal control assessments, Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 implementation efforts, and control optimization procedures for several of the top utility providers in the Southeast area. Additionally, Mr. Hester gained assurance experience working as an Accountant at a CPA firm located in Macon , Georgia .
