Experience
Kathleen Manor joined Frazier & Deeter, LLC as an Associate in 2003. She has significant experience providing comprehensive tax planning and compliance to the firm's business and individual clients. Her industry expertise is concentrated in serving clients in the areas of professional service, technology, and closely held businesses.

Kathleen's primary responsibilities include preparation and review of complex individual, large corporate (C&S), and partnership tax returns. In addition, she compiles financial statements, researches complex tax issues, and is responsible for training and supervising staff accountants on tax engagements.

Kathleen also has valuable experience in establishing and maintaining client accounting systems. Her professional background in public accounting, along with her strong interpersonal skills, complement Frazier & Deeter's diversified tax department.
