Brent Ullrich offers over a decade of experience to his clients. He specializes in middle-market companies focused on healthcare, real estate and private equity. His wide array of experience includes advisory services such as tax planning, tax mitigation, consulting on transactional tax consequences and tax compliance, in addition to client accounting services.

Additionally serving as the Tax Practice’s Director of Quality Control, Brent ensures the quality work standards for which FD is known are maintained and that practice needs are met. In this capacity, he oversees the current and anticipated needs of the firm’s people, both externally and internally, based on the ever-changing tax environment.
