ASHLEY B. AHERN, CPA Controller ashley.ahern@frazierdeeter.com Experience As Controller for Frazier & Deeter, Ashley Ahern is responsible for directing and overseeing all financial activities of the firm. These activities include preparation of the internal financial statements, managing the firm's retirement plan, overseeing the payroll process, and supervising the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Ashley also directly assists the Chief Operating Officer with additional financial and operational special projects. Prior to becoming Controller in 2007, Ashley worked as a tax supervisor for the firm. She contributed 4 years of public accounting experience to the growth and development of Frazier & Deeter's tax practice. Her areas of expertise included providing comprehensive tax planning, consulting and compliance services to business and individual clients. Additionally, she specialized in tax-exempt organizations, providing financial services and taxation consulting for a variety of public charities, private foundations and trade organizations, including private clubs and business leagues.
