His primary responsibilities include managing client engagements, completing research and providing consultation for various tax matters, and supervision of staff and senior-level work. Jason specializes primarily in corporate taxation (S & C), high net-worth individuals, and IRS and State audits. Jason has experience in a variety of industries including service, manufacturing, real estate and technology. Before joining Frazier & Deeter, LLC, Jason worked as an Experienced Senior at an international accounting firm.
