Partner jeff.seay@frazierdeeter.com Experience A partner in Frazier & Deeter's Assurance Department, Jeffery Seay specializes in providing accounting and assurance, litigation support and financial analysis services for closely held businesses. Additionally, he has been involved in compliance audits of employee benefit plans, bank finance/collateral examinations, due diligence work related to mergers and acquisitions, and financial distress resolution. Jeff has experience in a variety of industries, including: construction, employee benefits, manufacturing and distribution, professional service companies, health care, hospitality, not-for-profit organizations, automobile dealerships, and trucking companies. Jeff serves the partner in charge of the Construction Services Group at Frazier & Deeter. He has a wide reaching presence in the construction community and as a result has written numerous construction related articles. In addition, Jeff was served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Construction Financial Management Association as well as on the board of the Surety Association of Georgia.
