JEFFERY J. SEAY, CPA
Partner jeff.seay@frazierdeeter.com Experience A partner in Frazier & Deeter’s Assurance Department, Jeffery Seay specializes in providing accounting and assurance, litigation support and financial analysis services for closely held businesses. Additionally, he has been involved in compliance audits of employee benefit plans, bank finance/collateral examinations, due diligence work related to mergers and acquisitions, and financial distress resolution. Jeff has experience in a variety of industries, including: construction, employee benefits, manufacturing and distribution, professional service companies, health care, hospitality, not-for-profit organizations, automobile dealerships, and trucking companies. Jeff serves as one of the partners in charge of the Construction Services Group. He is also the firm’s representative for ProfitCrew, an association whose sole purpose is providing highly specialized resources to CPA firms for use in helping their construction clients build more profitable businesses. Jeff has served on the ProfitCrew Strategic Planning Committee since 2007 and is very involved in the construction community. In addition, Jeff was elected as a member of the Board of Directors for the Construction Financial Management Association for the 2008 -2009 year.
