Partner sean.lager@frazierdeeter.com Experience Sean Lager is a member of the assurance and advisory services practice of Frazier & Deeter. As an assurance partner, Sean brings more than 13 years of experience to the growth and development of the assurance and advisory practice of Frazier & Deeter. Sean provides assurance and advisory services to large and middle market companies. He has worked with a variety of institutions, assisting management with business process and controls over financial reporting, financial statement preparation and analyzing financial trends. His financial reporting experience includes global and domestic companies reporting under U.S. generally accepted accounting principles as well as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He has significant experience in real estate, service organizations, power and energy, hospitality, and manufacturing & distribution. In addition to assurance services, Sean provides a variety of accounting consultative services ranging from companies adopting IFRS, USGAAP to IFRS conversions and business combination accounting. Sean has been published in well known trade magazines and domestic and global accounting publications. Sean is the author of a global IFRS publication for PKF NAN known as “In the Loop”. In addition, Sean has delivered many presentations and training to organizations around the globe on IFRS, USGAAP, IFRS for SME’s the global convergence of financial reporting, and the new risk based audit standards.
