During her career, she was the expert on the winning side of two landmark New Jersey Supreme Court Cases, Crews v. Crews and Steneken v. Steneken. Linda was featured in the October issue of the Journal of Accountancy discussing the importance of a neutral CPA in divorce cases. She is also a frequent speaker at various meetings, conferences and seminars, including expert guest appearances on Good Morning America, CTN, and several radio stations in Central Jersey and Philadelphia . She has spoken at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Litigation Consulting Conferences, New Jersey Judicial College and various ICLE seminars. Frazier & Deeter Name Three Partners Bill Godshall came to Frazier & Deeter in 2005, after leaving the Public Company Accounting and Oversight Board. There he served as inspection leader to assist with development of a full-scope inspection methodology and training program, and wrote the inspection guidance for derivative accounting and auditing areas that is in place today. He has over 15 years of public accounting experience working with large and middle market companies. As an audit partner, Bill has extensive experience dealing with complicated accounting topics such as derivatives, leases, business combinations and impairments of long-lived assets. Bill graduated from the University of New Orleans. Jason Meadows joined Frazier & Deeter in 2000, after working with an international accounting firm. As tax partner, he oversees the majority of the firms FAS 109 work for large and private companies and specializes in corporate partnership taxation. He has experience in a variety of industries including service, manufacturing, real estate and technology. In addition, Jason consults on merger and acquisitions, corporate equity issues, internal revenue service conflict resolution and offers in compromise. He graduated from Georgia State University. As partner is charge of firm operations, Jeremy Sperring's primary duties are to manage the day-to-day operations, ensure efficiency, and oversee the administrative and technology functions of the firm. Jeremy joined Frazier & Deeter after obtaining his masters of science in management from Georgia Tech. He has been with the firm for more than 10 years. In that time, he contributed 8 years to the growth and development of the firm assurance department. His role as partner will continue to strategically develop and implement strategies to accommodate current and future organizational needs as one of the largest independent accounting firms in the Southeast.
