Lance Healy joins Frazier & Deeter to lead FD Real Asset Advisors
Atlanta, GA – June 23 – Frazier & Deeter has expanded its real estate services with the addition of FD Real Asset Advisors, LLC (“FDRAA”), a specialized advisory and investment banking practice for real estate, infrastructure, energy, Ag/natural resources and other real asset projects.* FD Real Asset Advisors will be a subsidiary of Frazier & Deeter.
Developers and investors in real asset projects are facing a dynamic and, in some cases, narrowing capital market environment when it comes to finding a financing solution for their ventures. FD Real Asset Advisors will assist existing and new Frazier & Deeter clients in developing tailored financing strategies, performing feasibilities studies and procuring private equity and debt capital to fund their real estate, private infrastructure and natural resources programs.
Lance Healy will join Frazier & Deeter to serve as Managing Director of FDRAA and as a Principal in the firm’s Advisory Practice.
With over 18 years of experience in the finance and real estate sector, Lance holds FINRA licensure as an Investment Banking Representative (Series 79), Corporate Securities Representative (Series 62), state licensure (Series 63) and is a licensed real estate broker in multiple states.
Lance previously held the position of Managing Director & Founder at Real Asset Capital, LLC investment banking. Lance also has 10+ years in the commercial real estate industry, where he held various positions with service companies and developers.

Healy earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from Washington and Lee University and received his Masters of Business Administration with highest honors from the University of Georgia.
