We treat this information as confidential and recognize the importance of protecting you from unauthorized uses of your personal information. We are committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of your information. Accordingly, we have adopted a privacy policy in accordance with federal regulations.

We collect personal information that you provide to us on our application or forms, and through information we obtain over the course of your business relationship with the Firms. The information may include name, address, phone numbers, e-mail address, Social Security number, names of family members, assets, account balances, investments and current or prior tax information and other information. • As otherwise required or permitted by law.
We may share your personal information among the Firms. The Firms may share information when necessary to provide services or to offer you products or services, which best meet your needs. We may also share your personal information with companies that perform or may perform services for your account, including financial institutions, investment companies, and insurance companies.

Our Qualifications

The firm is registered with the Public Company Accounting and Oversight Board (PCAOB) to better serve the growing needs of our clients. We are also proud to report that Frazier & Deeter, LLC has consistently received an unmodified opinion from our peer review, which is the highest rating given by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. This is an independent evaluation by a group of specially trained CPAs from an outside firm. It is important to know that the size of a CPA firm is not an indicator of the quality of its services as peer review standards are exactly the same for both large and small firms. A copy of our firm's latest report is available for review.

Our Position on Outsourcing and Objectivity

Through the years our service offering have expanded from those of a typical accounting firm. Because the current focus on corporate governance has transformed the landscape in which accounting firms operate, we work to keep abreast of these changes and advise clients on issues relating to objectivity. We frequently service clients in the full capacity, providing tax, audit, and consulting services, but also managed partial projects where governance has proscribed impartiality or our client wishes to have separate service providers.

In order to protect your privacy, our firm does not outsource any of its accounting work, whether local, regional, or of international basis. Many of the other national and large local firms in this market cannot say the same. This ensures that your accounts are worked on by the professionals appointed to your engagement and that the full integrity of the issues impacting your organization is maintained.
