Our involvement with the community, our personal touch, our authenticity, our passion for excellence, and the way we strive to help our clients succeed, balances out 25 years of serving some of the most well-respected companies and individuals in the Southeast. This vision was shared by Jim Frazier and David Deeter when they came together to establish the firm in 1981.

Many things have been cultivated from those early years. Today, the firm is the second largest independent Certified Public Accounting and Advisory firm in Georgia, whose members average nearly 25 years of experience in their respective fields. With more than 150 professionals, Frazier & Deeter is prepared to deliver the tax, assurance, accounting and advisory services you would expect from a CPA firm.

As the firm grew, its services expanded to better meet the needs of our clients. We branched out to formally launch one of the nations largest CPA-based wealth management firms, F&D Advisors in 1998 - and offer mortgage and insurance services through this affiliate. Most recently we introduced FD Capital, a broker dealer to help our clients with merger & acquisition services. We look forward to 25 more years of this innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.

1982 - First computer purchased
1987 - Surpassed $1 million dollars in fees
1989 - Frazier & Deeter joins CPAmerica
1994 - Recognized as one of Atlanta's Top 25 CPA firms by Atlanta Business Chronicle
1998 - Frazier & Deeter introduces affiliate, F&D Advisors
2001 - David Deeter becomes Managing Partner
2002 - Moved from Peachtree Center to Bank of America Plaza
2004 - Frazier & Deeter joins PKF North American Network
2005 - Frazier & Deeter expands to the 18th floor and launches FD Capital
2006 - Frazier & Deeter celebrates their 25th Anniversary
