Frazier & Deeter's tax department is accessible and committed to providing sophisticated tax advice to improve our clients' financial futures. Our seasoned professionals have one goal in mind when working with clients - to help them minimize their tax liability, while keeping them in compliance with ever changing tax laws. Aside from providing advice and general tax services, our professionals also offer a number of additional services, including: stock option planning, international tax advice, IRS representation, analysis of tax implications on investments, offers in compromise and advice relating to merger and acquisitions, reorganizations and liquidations.

The tax group is currently seeking an experienced Tax Manager who wants to participate in a dynamic, fast paced and growing firm environment in our Downtown Atlanta location. The Tax Manager will work closely with the appropriate department partner and will be responsible for planning, supervising, completing and reviewing client engagements. The manager will perform overviews of tax returns and financial statements and will be expected to be proactive with tax saving and profitability suggestions for clients. It is also expected that Frazier & Deeter tax managers will attract new clients, cultivate client relationships and be a key contact for certain clients.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have the following:

• A Bachelors degree and/or Masters degree in Accounting
• Licensed CPA
• 6 to 10 years of public accounting experience
• Expertise in closely held, individual returns, partnerships, flow-through entities and tax research in these areas
• Ability to develop planning strategies for clients
• Ability to supervise, review, train and develop staff accountants
• Effective interpersonal skills with associates and clients
