Frazier & Deeter, LLC is a great place for you to begin your career - start off on the right foot and see how we can help you achieve your long-term goals.

Graduates

College graduates have an incredible opportunity to work in a team atmosphere in a variety of client engagements with Frazier & Deeter. They are encouraged to explore the many different client services offered as part of the team. Because of our close working relationship with our clients, staff accountants are encouraged to monitor information on the clients' industry, including related publications and web sites, to enable them to relate to the business performance of the client. As professionals, staff accountants also have access to our on-line technical research and update information service and are expected to develop and maintain their technical competence. Staff accountants work directly with seniors, managers and, in many cases, partners on client engagements.

These engagements include: assisting with tax compliance and reporting through tax strategy development and return preparation; providing accounting and financial reporting through audit, review and compilation services; providing hands-on support for accounting operations through out-sourcing arrangements; and improving business performance through consultative services.
