Atlanta Dream announce Frazier & Deeter as Founding Sponsor of new Atlanta Dream’s “Inspiring Women” initiative

Nation’s 82nd largest CPA firm is recognized for co-creation and support of WNBA’s Atlanta Dream’s initiative for the women-led business community.

Frazier & Deeter and the WNBA’s Atlanta Dream announced today the extension of their strategic partnership that began with the formation and launch of The Atlanta Dream’s Inspiring Women initiative.

“The Atlanta Dream’s Inspiring Women initiative is an exciting evolution of the strategic partnership between our organizations which began in 2011,” said Robert Woosley, Director of Strategic Initiatives at Frazier & Deeter.  “The Atlanta Dream is an organization that embodies women’s leadership and achievement, which extends well beyond athletic accomplishments.  The Inspiring Women Program will continue to leverage the Atlanta Dream as a vehicle to inspire women leaders.”

“As one of the nation’s largest CPA firms and as leading business advisors, Frazier & Deeter works on a daily basis with women entrepreneurs, executives and emerging business leaders,” said Pete Canalichio, CEO of The Atlanta Dream.  “The Atlanta Dream’s Inspiring Women initiative builds on the foundational programs we began with Frazier & Deeter in 2011 and will take the initiative to a new level. Frazier & Deeter shares our interest in inspiring and further galvanizing the region’s women-led business community.”

Frazier & Deeter partners LeighAnn Costley and Barbara Borczak have been named founding members of the advisory board that will help guide the Inspiring Women initiative.

“As a female leader I’m excited to be part of this women’s initiative. The board members for Inspiring Women are an impressive group, each an inspiring individual in her own right.  Frazier & Deeter looks forward to developing this initiative in collaboration with the Atlanta Dream’s women owners and the other members of the board,” said LeighAnn Costley.
