Frazier & Deeter’s Process, Risk and Governance (PRG) Practice Group provides customized risk management solutions to our clients in a manner that is both efficient and value-added. We deliver assurance and consulting services to clients large and small including Service Organization Control (SOC) audits, Sarbanes-Oxley, Internal Audit, and other Advisory services. The PRG group also has deep expertise in IT risk management. Our IT services assist clients in managing risk across the enterprise and beyond (e.g. SAAS solutions and cohosted facilities).

The Team

The PRG team brings additional process and IT resources to the assurance department of Frazier & Deeter, with a focus on governance, risk, and controls. The team has extensive experience preparing and advising companies with Sarbanes Oxley compliance, assessing and implementing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) capabilities, evaluating privacy, ISO27001/2 and PCI DSS compliance requirements, and performing SOC 1, 2, and 3 audits.
