As a Partner, Edgar Moore is responsible for providing a wide range of specialized tax services to corporate clients of Frazier & Deeter, LLC. Expertise includes planning, research and compliance oversight for all business entities, complex FAS 109 and FIN 48 projects, and international and multi-state analysis and documentation. He has also consulted on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and financial controls procedures.

In addition to international and SALT matters, his depth of tax knowledge includes industry specific specialization in real estate, technology, manufacturing and distribution. Edgar’s areas of expertise include the software development, high-tech/internet, textile, international and domestic distribution, residential and multi-family construction industries. He also has experience working with foreign-based companies investing in the U.S. real estate market.

Prior to joining Frazier & Deeter, Edgar spent more than twelve years working in core tax services for private companies and regional accounting firms. He also spent an additional 12 years as a Senior Tax Manager at one of the Big 4 international accounting firms.
