Chris Kirk joined Frazier & Deeter in 2010. Chris has extensive experience developing and delivering risk advisory services. He also provides consultative services related to Sarbanes-Oxley, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk and Process Improvement & Reengineering. He brings more than 11 years of public accounting experience to the assurance department with a focus on governance, risk, and controls.
Prior to Frazier & Deeter, Chris was a Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP where he had extensive experience providing audit and business advisory services to a variety of businesses ranging in size from small privately held to global 100 companies. Chris has provided guidance in internal audit services, system implementations, controls design and implementation, business process reengineering, internal control attestation, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 readiness services, and information technology auditing.
