A Litigation Support Manager at Frazier & Deeter, Beth Garrett works primarily with Litigation Consulting Services, assisting high net-worth individuals and corporate executives with divorce, tax and accounting issues. She helps with the division of financial and real estate assets through mediation and at trial, and works with family practice attorneys through all financial aspects of divorce and child support matters.  

Beth is frequently involved in cases to uncover hidden assets and income and assists with the preparation of reports to be used in settlement negotiations and at trial. She also prepares individual, corporate, partnership and fiduciary tax returns.

As a juris doctorate, Beth has working knowledge of the legal industry. She has held previous positions with local law offices assisting with closings and various tasks in preparation for litigation. She also prepared real estate closing documents and will & power of attorney documents.

Additionally, Beth’s previous accounting experience includes employment at local accounting practices in Greenville, SC and Birmingham, AL.  Her duties consisted of the preparation of tax returns and working on financial statements.
