As a co-founder of Frazier & Deeter, LLC, David Deeter has a major role in facilitating the growth of the firm. From 2001-2009, during his term as Managing Partner, the firm experienced an average growth of 20% annually and became a Top 100 Firm in the U.S. In a recent survey conducted by Inside Public Accounting, David was recognized by his peers as one of the most admired managing partners in U.S. accounting firms.
David advises clients in all aspects of financial business management. Working with company owners and executives, he coordinates and analyzes clients' financial information, provides tax planning services with an emphasis on the minimization of corporate taxes and personal income taxes, and offers broad-based consulting services.
He has been involved in numerous corporate and partnership organizations and reorganizations. These activities include working closely with clients and their attorneys to obtain the most strategic capital structure.
Additionally, David consults with clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, financial planning, equity structure, pension plans, succession planning, estate planning and cash flow analysis. David has extensive industry experience in real estate, finance companies, construction, manufacturing, service companies and non-profit entities.
Before co-founding the firm, David was a senior member of the audit staff in the Atlanta office of an international accounting firm.
