Ruth Bartlett is an assurance services partner for Frazier & Deeter, LLC. From 1990 to 2006, she was partner in charge of assurance services. Since 1990, she has concentrated on the audits and reviews of closely-held businesses. With more than 30 years of public accounting experience, the extent of her industry specialization includes:

In the real estate and construction industries, Ruth serves investors, developers, contractors, and financial institutions with financial statement audits and reviews of real estate projects, as well as consulting engagements. Her work encompasses all facets of real estate from development to investment to management, and includes work with office, warehouse, retail, hotel, resort, golf, residential, multifamily, and mixed-use properties.
Ruth also specializes in the hospitality industry. She provides financial services, financial analysis, internal control reviews, and agreed-upon procedures to a variety of hotels, conference centers, resorts, country clubs, and planned communities.
Employee benefits is another area of Ruth's expertise. She has extensive experience providing assurance, tax, and consulting services for defined contribution, defined benefit, ESOP, and health and welfare plans.
Prior to joining Frazier & Deeter, Ruth worked for the international accounting firms of Price Waterhouse and Laventhol & Horwath.
